EDGE (Early Dining Gourmet
Experience) menu is served from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday. The menu features a salad, choice of entrée, dessert and a glass of wine for $35. Entrée choices include catch of the day, filet mignon, chicken piccata and more. The EDGE is not valid on holidays or holiday weekends.
And on Sundays, the Blue Bayou has a Sunday brunch served from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $35. Entrée offerings include classic
