course gourmet dinner will be offered from noon to 6 p.m. for $45 per person. Start the meal with a choice of a fall salad or Gulf Coast corn and crab bisque. The main course is a sous vide Heritage turkey breast with andouille cornbread dressing, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, asparagus and cranberry sauce. And for dessert, enjoy pumpkin crème brûlée with toasted pecans, marshmallow fluff and dark chocolate macaron.

Treasure Bay
Take a break this holiday season and enjoy a Thanksgiving feast at Treasure Bay. Infinity buffet will serve up an array of traditional dishes, including Cajun turkey breast, smoked brisket and seafood- stuffed salmon, plus holiday desserts, featuring house-made pecan pie. Available on Thanksgiving from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., this special will include crab legs for $43.19 or without crab for $20.69. Both prices are with players club card.
And in The Den, on the ninth floor, a traditional Thanksgiving dinner with all the trimmings will be served from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. for $28 per person. The special three-course meal features roasted turkey, sage dressing, mashed potatoes and garlic-butter green beans. The meal is served with soup or salad and dessert.
Or, get a Thanksgiving meal to take home with the Holiday 2 Go offer. Enjoy a hearty meal including one entrée served with rolls and cranberry sauce plus the choice of one side, vegetable and dessert — enough for 10 to 12 people. Select from roasted turkey breast or glazed ham ($150), herb-crusted pork loin ($175) or smoked beef brisket ($200). Seasonal favorite side dishes include mashed potatoes, sweet potato casserole, cornbread dressing, green bean casserole and more. Pumpkin cheesecake, pecan pie, sweet potato pie and German chocolate cake are dessert choices. Get an additional side, vegetable or dessert for $15 each. Preorder is available at the buffet through Nov. 19.
Silver Slipper Casino Hotel
Silver Slipper Casino Hotel is offering a bountiful harvest this holiday season. The Jubilee Buffet has Thanksgiving favorites all day from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $49.95. Along with traditional fare, there will be crab, jumbo shrimp and the complete buffet offerings.
In the Blue Bayou Bar & Grill, two holiday specials will be available from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day. Enjoy mesquite-smoked honey-glazed turkey, cornbread dressing with apple, bacon and roasted poblano, butterscotch Schnapps-roasted yams with pecan streusel, and green bean amandine ($42), or herb- roasted prime rib, shrimp and mirliton casserole, garlic mashed potatoes, and green bean amandine ($52). Both meals come with a choice of salad.
