MISSISSIPPI — Presidents Day, also known as Washington’s Birthday, is on the third Monday of February each year and is a federal holiday. This year, Presidents Day is Feb. 21, and while there may not be any mail this day, casinos across Mississippi have plenty of “presidents” — and bonus points and bonus slot play — to give away.
And, a bit of trivia: Alexander Hamilton and Benjamin Franklin, both who appear on modern currency, were not actually presidents, although they are Founding Fathers.
