Treasure Bay has an All-American Barbecue in the buffet, July 1 through July 4. In the infinity buffet, barbecue is back, including slow-cooked ribs, pulled pork and bacon-bourbon chicken. Enjoy these favorites along with western-style baked beans, roasted corn on the cob and more for lunch and dinner. The buffet is open daily for breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. Lunch is served Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and dinner, 2 to 10 p.m. On Saturday, dinner is from 10:30 a.m. to 10 p.m. and on Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
The Den, located on the ninth floor, has a special house-smoked barbecue platter to mark the Independence Day Weekend. The platter features pulled pork, sliced brisket, and jalapeño and cheese sausage served with three different barbecue sauces, potato salad, coleslaw and a warm roll for $28. The Den is open daily 11 a.m. to midnight.
