  BILOXI — It will be all red, white and Beau as Beau Rivage celebrates Independence Day weekend with festive holiday fare and live entertainment.
Starting Saturday, July 1, snow crab legs make their return to The Buffet as part of the featured holiday menu. Joining the crab legs on the menu are herb-crusted prime rib, Texas-style beef brisket, Cajun-boiled shrimp, barbecue pork steaks and banana’s Foster. Daily from
July 1 through July 4, traditional brunch fare will be served from 8 to 10 a.m. for $35.99 per person, and the holiday menu will be served
baked potato, fresh vegetable, au jus and horseradishsauce.
And for the holiday weekend, Jia offers the Independence Roll, with shrimp tempura, cream cheese, daikon, crawfish, eel sauce and crunchies. The Pan-Asian restaurant will be open, offering its full menu on July 4 from 4:30 to 10 p.m.

Salt & Ivy offers its

In addition to specialty items on the menus, several dining outlets will have expanded hours to accommodate guests. BR Prime adds dinner service on Sunday, July 2, from 5 to 10 p.m. with the bar opening at 4:30 p.m. On July 4, along with its regular menu, BR Prime will feature a 16 oz. hand-carved prime rib served with
