Entertainment sizzles in August at casinos
IP Casino Resort Spa
BILOXI — Amélie van Tass and Thommy Ten — better known as The Clairvoyants — are coming to IP Casino Resort Spa Saturday, Aug. 13, performing at 8 p.m. The duo became a household name after their appearance in 2016 on Season 11 of America’s Got Talent, wowing the judges with their mind- reading abilities and placing second in the competition. The pair are currently performing two shows a night, five nights a week as part of the cast for America’s Got Talent Las Vegas LIVE at the Luxor Hotel & Casino.

Beau Rivage
Beau Rivage is hosting the Randy Houser Homecoming Golf & Concert benefiting the Nikki Mitchell Foundation, Sunday and Monday, Aug. 14-15. The two-day fundraising event is being hosted by three-time CMA-nominated country music artist Randy Houser in his home state of Mississippi.
The all-star concert takes place Aug. 15 in the Beau Rivage Theatre with special guests Jamey Johnson, Lee Brice, Rob Hatch, Dallas Davidson, Jerrod Niemann and Brad Arnold of Three Doors Down.
The concert starts at 7 p.m., doors open at 6 p.m. Tickets are $155 and $165 plus tax and service fee and are available at the Beau Rivage Box Office, by phone at (888) 566-7469 or online at beaurivage.com. The Nikki Mitchell Foundation’s mission is to provide comfort and relief to those affected by pancreatic

Island View Casino Resort
Jeffrey Osborne comes to Island View Casino Resort for one performance in the View Showroom on Friday, Aug. 19. He takes the stage at 8 p.m.
When Osborne was 15, he was asked to sit in with the O’Jays, and in the early 1970s, he sat in as drummer for L.T.D. (Love, Tenderness and Devotion). He never looked back.
Osborne’s solo career has brought him five gold and platinum albums, including Stay with Me Tonight and Only Human. He also recorded an album of duets with singer James Ingram, and scored an international hit with “On the Wings of Love” in 1982. And in 1987, he released “Love Power,” a duet with Dionne Warwick.
