We never stop planning. This
is the time we implement those plans for 2016. People often
ask me what are my plans
for continuing to grow our companies. I’m excited that
our affiliation with Coldwell Banker continues to open new paths and new opportunities for growth, including the current expansion of our footprint on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
My plan going forward is to continue to support our current business service model. It’s a model that continues to drive our growth and maximize the success of our sales associates’ businesses. I am also open to identifying smart acquisition targets that offer a good fit with our company culture.
We have agents and staff who have been with our company for more than 25 years. With
their combined knowledge, commitment to making the company better, willingness to learn, and personal growth...they know how to manage and sustain this company that we have all grown.
Planning is a must. We set aside dates for management and agents to do this beginning in November. Each of our agents needs a written plan to succeed. Good agents ask themselves everyday, “How can I position myself to be better at what I do?” They know they
will improve under the right leadership, in the right
environment and with personal accountability for
meeting their own goals. We maintain a position to
our agents, helping them adjust their own business
models so they can succeed at their own pace and to
their desired level.
