or clay oven, after being marinated in herbs and spices for at least two days. This unique cooking technique roasts the chicken perfectly and is a definite go-to for any beginner or seasoned foodie.
If you are looking for a purely vegetarian option, the Tiranga Veg is a great way to sample lots of flavors in one plate. Paneer Makhani, Navratan Korma, and Saag Paneer are various cottage cheese dishes with sauces featuring
butter and tomato, creamy tikka, and curried spinach, respectively. Three classic Indian dishes are combined into one plate arranged to artfully display the Indian flag and quickly became one of my favorites. Want more protein? The Chicken Pasanda or Chef’s Special, which features chicken thighs in an almond cashew cream sauce, or the Lamb Rogan Josh are both excellent choices and super great to share.
No matter what you try, definitely save room for dessert! The Gajar Halwa with carrots cooked in milk and cream and the Gulab Jamun with deep-fried cheese in a honey and sugar syrup are so yummy and the best way to end an incredible meal.
Indian Delight is a must-try for everyone! Northern dishes, Southern dishes, and everything in between are showcased in a fun and modern setting. Closed on Tuesdays but available any other day of the week, Indian Delight is sure to take you on magical food journey and keep you coming back for more.
