While art may be the focus of the festival, we know that good food is part of the experience! Not only does the Peter Anderson Festival’s food court offer a myriad of vendors with options to please even the pickiest eater, but there are 140 restaurants and bars uptown, downtown, and all around town waiting to serve you.
For the football fans among us, don’t miss the big screen located in the food court! Here you can watch LSU and Alabama go head
to head on Saturday, as well as cheer on the Saints on Sunday.
And what better way to walk off all those delicious snacks than walking around the festival? After all, you’ll need that extra energy to explore all that these talented artists have to offer! That’s what we’re telling ourselves, anyway.

Exclusive to the festival, this year’s shirt celebrates the 95th year of Shearwater Pottery and 45th year of the Peter Anderson Arts & Crafts Festival. The artwork is designed by Matt Stebly, owner of Twisted Anchor Tattoo and Gallery and great grandson to Walter Inglis Anderson.
All festival merchandise is available at the t-shirt booths located throughout the festival near the entrances. Shirts are available in sleeveless, short sleeve, long sleeve, and sweatshirts.
