  Oreo cookies. It’s like a dream from which you never want to awaken.
If you ask Lett what is her secret ingredient to making these cheesecakes look so perfect, she simply smiles and replies, “Love.” One of her favorite items are her own housemade pralines. They are sweet and melt perfectly in your mouth. Still, my favorite at O’Pink’s, and perhaps among all desserts ever, is the Butter Pecan Cupcake with Cream Cheese Icing. I can barely explain how delicious this little concoction truly is and can only say that you just have to go and experience it for yourself. Now.
O’Pink’s Sweet Treats and More is definitely what cheesecake dreams are made of. Everything is prepared with a methodical precision and spot-on accuracy. When you see the cheesecake in person, it’s so amazing to look at you hate to eat it. But you do eat it and you are so very happy that you did.
Lett is excited and humbled that O’Pink’s has taken off and been embraced by the community
in such a huge fashion. You can now purchase her decadent desserts, such as the signature Banana Pudding, at Killer Krab Seafood in Gautier. She regularly features candy apples and candy pickles at her storefront. And Lett is constantly working on new and exciting recipes such as her Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cheesecake (yes, you read that correctly).
One trip and, like me, you’ll be an instant convert to the world of cheesecake. It’s a razzle dazzle and hocus pocus type of experience that will leave you wondering how you ever survived before.
