Elite: a select group that is superior in terms of ability or qualities to the rest of a group or society. Certainly, this is a standard to which many strive, but few achieve.
As a GAF Master Elite Contractor, a certification that only two percent of contractors in America qualify for, Complete Exteriors is one of the best in the business. “Being Master Elite, we can offer a Golden Pledge Warranty with GAF shingles,” says Gulf Coast Division Manager Josh Tentoni. “This is a huge benefit for us and the customers living on the Coast during Hurricane season especially.”
His words could not be more true. An area all too familiar with hurricanes and tropical storms, Gulf Coast homeowners and commercial customers alike know the importance of quality, both in materials and in service. Tentoni testifies to the reputation of the company, saying, “My favorite part of this job is knowing we are providing our customers with the best quality roof and the best customer service we can possibly provide.”
Complete Exteriors realizes that homeowners and commercial customers have varied needs, so they provide
an equally wide variety of products and services for exterior improvement projects. They specialize in roofing and gutters and have serviced hundreds of homes and commercial buildings throughout the area, but their custom work is a craft all its own.
“Our construction engineers and master craftsmen bring decades of combined experience to every project,” says Tentoni. “They are trained to work with a variety of materials including copper, slate, cedar, and more. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality and service, always exceeding industry standards.”
Complete Exteriors also has extensive knowledge in insurance claims and will work directly with insurance companies to ensure their customers get the most value for their claim. “It's always a battle because each job is different,” Tentoni says. “However, since we have an insurance specialist in house, this makes the process for us much easier than most.”
One of Tentoni's proudest achievements wasn't the biggest or most glamorous project, but helping a customer who
was denied by her insurance after Hurricane Ida. “Mrs. Evans went through eight different contractors and then called us,” he recalled. “We were able to get her roof bought and paid for through her insurance after just one adjuster appointment.”
Established after Hurricane Katrina in 2005, the family owned and operated company is expanding. While Complete Exteriors is based out of Pearl, Mississippi, they have added a permanent office in Gulfport, as well as establishing Freedom Roofing in Cape Coral, Florida. As they continue to grow, they continue to put the customer first and bring their best to each and every project.
