AT COAST EPISCOPAL SCHOOL

Coast Episcopal School is expanding its popular, after-school enrichment programs by offering elementary students an array of fun and creative half-day programs in June and July. The summer programming will take place in two, eight-day sessions on the 25-acre campus of the Long Beach school.
An independent school known for its commitment to
the arts and innovation, Coast Episcopal School launched its successful, after-school enrichment program in 2016. Known as "Lagniappe," the fine arts and interdisciplinary classes are intended to broaden the education experience for their participants. The academic year programs are offered to both students at CES and to students in the community.
The addition of this year’s summer programming represents a way to expand both student and community access to the enriching offerings, which are expected
to include cooking, Makerspace, art, crafts, and fitness programs, all developmentally structured for elementary- aged participants.
Session I is scheduled for June 13-23, and Session II, July 11-21. Both will be held Monday-Thursday, from 8 a.m.-12 p.m.
The cost for each session is $250, including mid-morning snacks, and the sessions will be offered to Coast Episcopal students before being opened to the public.
