Loren Gautier and Ryan Bolton have been lifelong friends.
Chef Loren Gautier was born and raised on the Gulf Coast. He fondly remembers his time spent at the restaurant owned by his father and uncles, where his passion for southern cuisine and restaurant life took root.
After he attended The Culinary Institute of America in California, he moved back to New Orleans to work. Ryan Bolton reached out with the opportunity to partner with him to own and run a restaurant together, leading to the establishment of One Thirty One on Lameuse in Downtown Biloxi.
The restaurant has a fresh, seasonal menu with a New Orleans-inspired atmosphere. Some of Gautier’s favorite dishes include duck poppers, charbroiled oysters, and BBQ shrimp. You can also sit on their outdoor balcony seating and enjoy one of their signature drinks.
Hours: Wed.-Fri. 11:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. | Sat. 10:00 a.m.-10:00 p.m. | Sun. 10:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m.
