Tay’s Barbeque originated in the 1940s in Columbia, Mississippi, opened by Mr. Millard
Taylor. Today, Tay’s Barbeque features a truly unique flavor combination and is inspired by the
recipes of two families who love great barbeque.
Tay’s Barbeque is prepared the old- fashioned way, starting with a special dry rub and ending with a long slow smoking process over a hickory fire until the meat is delightfully tender. Their St. Louis cut ribs are hand rubbed and hickory smoked until they break in half. As a matter of fact, all of their meat is smoked this way. Heck, without smoke, rub, and lots of time, you might as well be microwaving, because you sure aren’t barbecuing.
Tay’s ribs and chicken are served dry unless requested wet. They can also handle any size catering you can throw their way. “We’d love nothing more than to crash your bash with some ridiculously good hot barbecue with the

We have delivery and onsite cooking available to meet your needs.”
“Hope to see you soon, and keep an eye out on Tay’s pig trailer, cooking somewhere near
you soon.”
