Pub fare is often described as an eclectic mix of burgers, sandwiches, appetizers and more. Basically anything! Finding good pub fare isn’t necessarily difficult as a multitude of places offer these basic kitchen staples. However, finding great pub fare can sometimes be a daunting task.
Too often, simple foods such as burgers and sandwiches are hastily prepared and thrown together in an effort to oblige customers in a quick and attentive fashion. But what if
you are wanting something more? Something thoughtful? Something fresh? Something truly remarkable?
If your palate is craving something uncomplicated, but your heart desires something extraordinary, then Puff Belly’s Brewery, Pizza, and Grill is your go-to spot.
Owner David Macon is no stranger
to the food industry. Having worked in various positions since he was 15, Macon has dedicated his time to serving up delicious pub fare while never sacrificing taste or freshness. Opened in June 2019 and named for Macon’s alter ego, Puff Belly’s is a tribute to what he describes as the “circular and curved nature of his physique” after years of tasting and preparing rich and delicious meals.
Almost everything at Puff Belly’s is made in-house and from scratch. Burgers are ground and formed daily, sausages are processed
to perfection and every sauce is the result of time- tested, homemade recipes. Macon’s mantra is that
