Sheli Milam, M.D.
Dr. Sheli Milam is a graduate of Louisiana State University. She received her medical degree, as well as completed her residency in Obstetrics
and Gynecology, at Louisiana State University Health Science Center in Shreveport, Louisiana. She relocated with her husband, Dr. Bradley Sams, to the Mississippi Gulf Coast in 2000 to begin private practice. She is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, a member of the Mississippi Medical Association and the American Academy of Anti- Aging Medicine.
Dr. Milam runs a thriving Gynecology practice in Ocean Springs that focuses on every phase of a woman’s life from adolescence to menopause and beyond. Her goal is to bring excellent and individualized care to each woman she treats. In addition to this practice, she owns and operates the Med Spa at the Islands, a medical spa that addresses the ever-changing aging process we all encounter, offering a method to slow the hands of time.
Bradley Sams, M.D.
Dr. Bradley C. Sams received his medical degree and residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Louisiana State University Health Science Center. He relocated with his wife, Dr. Sheli Milam, to Ocean Springs in 2000 to continue his OB/Gyn practice.
Dr. Sams is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics
and Gynecology and the American College of Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine.
He is proud to provide expertise in the areas of normal and high- risk obstetrics, fertility management, menopausal management and bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, and all gynecologic surgery to include robotic hysterectomy. In addition to his thriving OB/Gyn practice, he has begun incorporating anti-aging medicine. Aging is part of life and he feels that being able to provide healthy options for his patients is important.
