ensured that none of the employees missed a paycheck during the mandated down time. “Our employees here at Dad’s become our family. We have even had multiple employees retire from Dad’s, which is rare in the pawn industry,” says Riley. “We always try to take care of our customers, and
due to our level of customer service, we end up with repeat customers and even some lifetime friends.”
In the middle of the pandemic, Riley said that he actually sacrificed profits in order to help the community. Customers were given an extra 30 days, interest and penalty free, on their loans. They worked hard on ordering extra supplies and necessities that people would need during the mass shutdowns and did their best to replenish stock while maintaining peace and good order.
Dad’s Super Pawn has a rather extensive selection of items kept in house. Visiting this local icon isn’t like the average pawn shop on the corner, it really is a “Super” experience.
