There’s a storm hitting Downtown Gulfport and it’s painting the town – literally. Over the past year local artists, the Gulfport Main Street Association, Gulf Coast Community Foundation, and the Mississippi Arts Commission have been working diligently to bring life and color to the city’s downtown area through the Gulfport by Design Project.
