Layla’s Coffee House & Eatery – formally Nezaty’s Café – Kork’d, and other tenants that the developers are sure the Gulf Coast will love.
The complex consists of five buildings, with a total of 12 units and a variety of square footage available for businesses with two more buildings planned on the newly cleared corner of Pass Road and Red Oak Drive.
The developers are pleased with the variety of tenants they host. These include medical offices, Jernigan
Garlon Pemberton, Ivan Spinner and Jeremy Jernigan.
Chiropractic and Rehab, Trillium Medical Aesthetics and Gynecology; Hotworx fitness; restaurants, Layla’s Coffee House & Eatery, with I
Mac & Cheese and Pass the Juice coming soon; Kork’d, a high-end wine and liquor store; Executive Office Complex; retail, The Cotton Patch and The Fly Boutique coming soon; and Coast Salon Suites coming soon.
“This area of Pass Road was unoccupied, overgrown and out
dated. Once we renovated the old furniture store, we saw the potential for this area,” Jernigan said. “With one of the busiest roads on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, we feel that small business owners will have
the opportunity to take advantage of this once prosperous area of Gulfport again. We think Pass Road has so much potential and would like to see other land owners help make Pass Road great again.”
