While duck fat fries have long been a side dish staple at BR
Prime guests are sure to enjoy the new duck fat fried chicken. Other offerings include the Wagyu steak tartar appetizer, and two new fish entrees – Ora King salmon with quinoa and white asparagus and the blue fin tuna with a honey- lemon soy vinaigrette, puffed rice and crispy green beans.

Room Chef Jason McWhorter added everything is prepared fresh daily
and local vendors are used as much
as possible, especially for seafood and produce.
The goal for the restaurant was for the food to be indigenous to the region but also have a continental flair. “We really want for guests to feel comfortable to come in to eat, but also be a place where they will have a great meal,” Wade said.
