Who or what inspired you to pursue your current career? My inspiration for opening my three boutiques came from the fire I had to instill confidence in women through clothing and personal friendships! I also wanted to offer the women of Mississippi somewhere to shop the cutest clothes while enjoying the personal touch of coming into a shop where they can try on the clothes, make sure they fit them, and get the confidence to take on the world!
What I like best about what I do is: I love going to market and picking out clothes for my amazing customers! I have so many of them in mind while I am there and I make sure to pick out styles that they will love.
My greatest successes have been: Being able to put in hard work over the years so I can enjoy time with my husband and our perfect baby boy.
It’s important to support other woman-owned businesses because: Community over competition! We are all daughters, mothers, wives, friends, etc. We all have our personal struggles, but we are all in this together.
What’s something interesting about you that not many people know? I was 38 when I had my son, and he is the part of me that I never knew was missing!
What are your favorite things to do on the Coast? Favorite restaurant, etc. Enjoying Downtown Ocean Springs is my favorite thing to do. There are so many locally-owned business to visit down here. The people are so friendly and the food is amazing!
