Adding wellness steps to your daily routine doesn’t have to
be complicated. Natasha Love, owner of the private personal training studio Chic Physique, said wellness and self-care can be simple and won’t even have you breaking a sweat.
“The number one thing I always tell people, even if they’re
not going to step foot in a gym, is to concentrate on hydration,” Love said. “I feel like that’s a big thing that a lot of people lack and it’s such an easy thing that anyone can do. Water is vital for our health, and I always push hydration for my clients, especially women, because there are just so many benefits. Your whole body will run better on the inside and your skin will look better. Water is almost like the cure-all cure.”
