new offerings
BILOXI — The Roasted Bean, Beau Rivage’s signature coffee shop, unveiled a new sandwich menu to its daily offerings with the introduction of seven new paninis. Popular sandwiches, panini translates to “small bread, bread rolls” in Italian. A variety of fillings may be served between two slices of either focaccia or ciabatta bread.
Classic panini recipes may include savory fillings, such as sausages or cold cuts, cheeses, herbs, and fresh or roasted vegetables. At Beau Rivage, a variety of warm, pressed sandwiches are available,
including:
Caprese — Tomatoes,
burrata, fresh basil and fresh lemon served on ciabatta bread
Turkey — Turkey, roasted tomato, mozzarella, pesto, lemon aioli on ciabatta
BBQ beef — Roast beef, caramelized onion, barbecue sauce, smoked cheddar on sourdough
Roast beef and peppers — Roast beef, giardiniera, roasted peppers, mayonnaise on a hoagie roll
Mushroom and sweet onion — Mushroom, sweet onion, gruyere, mayonnaise on semolina bread
Italian — Prosciutto cotto, salami, pepperoni, provolone, Calabrese aioli on a hoagie roll
Chicken and salsa verde — Chicken, roasted onion, salsa verde, Fontina, lemon aioli on ciabatta

including a monthly specialty cupcake flavor, round out the menu. Guests visiting The
Roasted Bean in October can enjoy the featured caramel apple cupcake available throughout the month.
Located in the resort’s retail promenade across from the Topgolf Swing Suite, The Roasted Bean offers patio-style seating and is open daily at 5:30 a.m., closing at 8 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and at 9 p.m. on
Friday and Saturday.
