The company is lead by the Owner/CEO Jason Poole. Poole
is a native of Pascagoula and
a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi where he finished with a degree in marketing. Poole has been affiliated with Express for 17 years and reflected on the start up of the company.
“Our first year we had 3 employees and did less than $500,000 in sales and had no idea what we were doing. We may have been getting outsmarted, but we were far from being outworked,” he said. “Years and years of 70-hour work weeks and relentless attention to personal and professional growth gave us the ability to grow as fast as we have over the last 5 years. The momentum has been building for quite some time,
and we have been hiring young, talented, starving leaders that wanted more than just a 8 to 5 job. We doubled our company from 2018 to 2020, and are on pace to double again by 2024.
Our culture is simple: we are looking for winners not whiners. If you’re not willing to work from the bottom of the company to the top of the company, then go apply
somewhere else – we don’t want you. I need someone that is looking for a challenge and looking to be wealthy. We create an environment of personal growth and give our people the tools to create a life, not just make a living. We don’t need people that are hungry for success, we need people that are starving for it.
Our team says everything
that needs to be said about our culture. We have story after story of young professionals coming
to our company and working themselves into a leadership or ownership position in less than 5 years. The people in our business are our business, and listening to their stories is the best sales pitch I could ever give.”
“You will never know what lies beyond the horizon if you are afraid to lose sight of the shoreline”
