“If you are what you eat, then feed me dope.” – Big Daddy Kane ASHLEY PHAM
“I was born and raised in Biloxi and will be with Express for 1 year this month. I started as an executive assistant and currently still hold that position. What keeps me here is my day-to-day in the organization. Every day I am looking forward to doing something different, something fun. If I can help someone accomplish something to make their day better, it sets the mood for myself – it’s enjoyable. The motivation, the opportunity, the drive, the urgency within everyone in this organization is worth the work. This is my career.”
BLAKE CONSTANT
“I am the general manager at Express Employment – Baton Rouge. I have been with the company for 2 years, and to be honest... I wouldn’t want to be working anywhere else. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from LSU and my Master of Arts in Psychology from Southeastern. I was job searching for almost a year before Express took a chance on someone with 2 degrees and zero experience.
I love this job because I get to work in the “people business” and use my psychology background in a unique way every single day. I started at the front desk in Baton Rouge and quickly got an opportunity to move up in the ranks. At this point, I am a couple years away from making partner in our Baton Rouge office and I am excited about what the future holds for me and my career.”
ANDREW CLINE
My name is Andrew Cline and I am the franchise partner in our Tampa Northeast office. I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, before moving to Waco to attend Baylor University.
After graduation in 2019, I joined Jason and his Express team in July of 2019 as an outside sales rep in our Baton Rouge office. I did sales for about 6 months before moving into a recruiting role in January of 2020. I worked as a recruiter in Baton Rouge for the entire 2020 year, and then in January of 2021, I moved to Tampa to become a partner in the Tampa Northeast office. My journey has been quick, but it has been a whirlwind. I have met and worked with so many great people and have had the chance to do some many different things.
What keeps me here is the people. I love the people I work with. We truly have a family culture and all of us cheer and support one another. Our focus is to help the collective organization grow, because we know if that grows, so will we!”
KATELYN HULTS
“I was born raised on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. I began my journey with Express after obtaining a Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Southern Mississippi – SMTTT! Three years in with the Express team, and I have worn many different shoes (heels of course). During my time at Express, I have been given the opportunity to serve and connect with over 400 local businesses.
It is unreal the path that has presented itself to me, but I wouldn’t change it for the world. There is no better feeling than that of being rewarded for helping others. My mission daily is to help guide others into the next steps of their career. I am obsessed with personal development and I feel that this company is centered around the vision of being a lifter rather than a leaner.”
