SHEILA FARR
After moving to the Coast from Georgia nine years ago, Sheila Farr discovered the home she’d been looking for.
She was an Air Force Reservist and learned that she loved helping people build their careers and find fulfillment.
“What I like most about what I do is watching people connect with their passion in learning and skill development,” she explains. “Seeing others find not just jobs, but careers that match their interests, skills, and goals, is something that makes my work worthwhile to me.”

JORDAN ABULIEL BARBAY
After receiving her PharmD from Xavier University of Louisiana, Jordan Abuliel Barbay started working in community/retail phar- macy. “I love interacting with patients and being an integral part of improving their quality of life,” Barbay explains. “Pharmacists are the most accessible healthcare professionals. Being able to counsel patients on important medications and keeping them adherent and healthy is important to me.”
After graduating, Barbay and her husband relocated to the Coast. They have a two-year-old, Meadow, and a goldendoodle, Otis. According to Barbay, the two are best friends.

BRANDIN BROSH, OWNER
Charisma is celebrating 7 years this year, recently revealing a fresh new look and bright and airy feel – as well as more dressing rooms, which the customers love.
“We cater to a wide range of clientele,” says owner Brandin Brosh.
“We combine affordable pricing with current fashion trends for all ages, which has been a key factor in why Charisma has become such a successful boutique.”
Brosh has always been passionate about style and fashion. After graduating college, she decided to put this passion to use. “I initially graduated with degrees in elementary and special education, but decided to follow my heart and open Charisma in August of 2014.”
That decision paid off – Brosh was named Retailer of the Year her first full year in business. “I can’t even explain what that felt like,” she recalls. “The validity in that moment, knowing my hard work paid off, is something I’ll never forget.”
Brosh was also the youngest person ever nominated to sit on the Ocean Springs Chamber Board of Directors. She is now in her fifth year of serving on the board and enjoys being able to devote her time giving back to the community that has given so much to her.
The most rewarding aspect of her job, however, is the customers. “Some of them have become more like family to me,” Brosh says. “I’ve been open just long enough to watch graduating seniors grow up. When I opened, they were barely big enough to fit in my clothes! So cool!”
Brosh looks forward to many more years of styling the women of the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
