Meet Dr. Andrea L. Davis. Dr. Andrea Davis knew since 8th grade that she wanted to be a dentist. “My brother was the worst dental patient ever, so our dentist’s office made sure it was super fun for us and became one of my favorite things. I love helping people, transforming their smiles and giving them their smiles back to change their lives,” she says.
She says friends would say she’s kind, giving, and a good listener. She loves being a mentor and encouraging young women and men to be the best they can be.
Davis describes herself as an extroverted introvert who could spend her life at home with her babies, but she would miss looking at the water.
She volunteers with the Mental Health Association and American Heart Association, is a life member of the Biloxi/Ocean Springs Junior Auxiliary and founder of Movers and Shakers Social Club, a new community service organization. Her 13-year-old daughter has a non profit, Big Hearts Little Hands.
A Biloxi native, Davis says her beautiful, talented daughter will rule the world one day with her handsome one-year old son right on her heels.
Eating, shopping, being a mom and personal assistant to her children, spending time with family and volunteering in the community are her hobbies.
Meet Dr. Brittany Davis. A recent dental graduate, Dr. Brittany Davis fell in love with dentistry at a young age because she was introduced to it by her aunt, Dr. Andrea Davis. It was only natural that she would join her aunt’s practice and she’s excited to get involved in her new community.
“As a dentist I love being able to create a smile that is beautiful, healthy and functional for my patients,” she says. “I enjoy being able to create lasting relationships with my patients through restoring their oral health.”
She was born in Biloxi but moved to Macon, Georgia, at a young age. Now that she’s back on the Coast, she feels it has much to offer from the beach, the endless fresh seafood to the culture and Southern hospitality and she’s been enjoying it all. “I always knew I would return to South Mississippi to practice dentistry with my aunt who has been my mentor and biggest role model on my journey to becoming a dentist,” she says.
Davis says her close friends would describe her as fun, caring, ambitious, adventurous, creative and resilient. Her hobbies include shopping, binge watching a Netflix series or reality show and spending time with family and friends.
