OLIVIA PHAM
Olivia Pham has always had a passion for fashion, but she took
her first steps into a fashion career when she began working as a boutique sales associate a few years back. “Style is in my DNA, therefore styling individuals was first nature to me,” she said.
“Soon after I took on managing the store, and the knowledge and experience I received made me realize that I definitely could do it for myself. I decided that I would turn my passion into my paycheck and became the owner of La Sauce Style Women’s Boutique.”
Being able to share her love of fashion with the women of the Gulf Coast is what Pham loves best about what she does. “Being able to share my passion with people and show them exciting new trends
is a dream come true. What I love most about what I do is helping women step into their feminine power. Reminding them that they can be beautiful and confident. And if styling them in a fabulous outfit is going to remind them, then that’s how I’m going to do it.”
Pham has a contagious energy and jokes that, “If you hang out with me long enough, I might just fool you into believing in yourself!”
She recently married the love of her life, Adam, after 10 years together; they also have four fur babies who bring them so much joy. They are excited to continue building a life full of love and accomplishment.

SYDNEY HARRIS
If you own an outdoor outfitters business, loving hunting and fishing makes it a perfect fit. Such is the case for Sydney Harris, owner of Chandeleur Outfitters in Ocean Springs.
“It’s right up my alley,” she says. “Buying Chandeleur Outfitters and having the opportunity to move the business into the historic Lovelace Drugs Building are by far the things that have made the biggest impact on my career.”
Harris was inspired to become a business woman by her parents who instilled a lot of independence in her. “My whole life they’ve shown
guidance and moral support and taught me that if I want something, to go get it and work hard for it,” she says. “Nothing in life is free or handed to me.”
What she likes best about her career is having a business mindset and always looking for ways to better herself and her business.
If she were giving advice to young female entrepreneurs, Harris would say, “Work hard so you can play harder. Take the chance, it could be the best decision of your life. Don’t ever settle.”
She feels it’s important to support other woman-owned businesses. “I choose to shop local and support businesses all over the Coast.”
Practicing what she preaches, Harris also shops local when traveling. “That’s because I know that $30 purchase I make could be their only sale of the day, or it could allow them to reach a goal for the day or month.”
“My biggest advice for people visiting or for myself is renting the golf carts downtown and exploring the area,” she adds.
