 TBT Famous Royal Reds.
The Mahi Mahi Tacos are an amazing entrée choice. Large filets of marinated and grilled, fresh Mahi Mahi are nestled into warm, flour tortillas and garnished with lettuce, chipotle sour cream and a soy sauce glaze. Tortilla chips and house- made pico are paired with this fresh and light dish. However, the crowd favorite is the Royal Reds. One pound of royal red shrimp, seasoned in a Tony Chachere’s and Old Bay mix, is served alongside corn, sausage, potatoes and drawn butter. One of the coolest elements to this meal is that it’s served in its own fiberglass pirogue, handmade locally by a friend of the restaurant’s.
No meal is complete without one of TBT’s signature Bushwacker or Mermaid Water cocktails. Coffee liquor, coconut rum, and vanilla ice
cream milk are blended, making one of the best Bushwackers you can find. Still the Mermaid Water’s mix of coconut rum, spiced rum, blue curacao, and pineapple juice give this drink an incredibly refreshing taste with a mesmerizing sea-green hue. Invest in a signature TBT tumbler and receive special pricing on refills of domestic beer, well drinks, and – of course – their renowned Bushwacker.
The Blind Tiger Biloxi is excited about its
future. With plans to extend the bar and expand upon their already amazing menu, TBT hopes to continue growing its popularity. It’s a great spot for birthday parties, receptions and can accommodate large events up to 500 guests. Still, it’s a truly perfect choice for a party of just a few when you’re looking to unwind at the end of the day. Get by and ring the bell at sunset, Mermaid Water in hand.
