One of the best perks of living on the Gulf Coast is watching the sun set on the Mississippi Sound. If you catch the day and the weather just right, you can watch that big ball of marigold fire pour itself like syrup into an awaiting sea. It’s bold and intense and a truly breathtaking sight – one which I firmly believe that everyone should experience at least once in their life.
Whether you’re a lifelong resident or a wandering tourist, a Gulf Coast sunset
is simply too good to miss. Luckily, The Blind Tiger (TBT) Biloxi can offer you the opportunity to watch nature at its best while you sit back and enjoy an amazing meal and a satiating libation.
After the success of TBT Bay St. Louis, it was a natural progression for a TBT Biloxi location. Owner Thomas Genin wanted to continue his concept of casual dining with an island vibe. TBT’s open-air atmosphere and beachfront locale serve as a backdrop for a relaxed experience that is fun for the entire family, or even a more intimate date-night scene.
Live music is a fan favorite, and
TBT’s partnership with Harrah’s Gulf Coast boasts an additional element of entertainment. The TBT fare aims at keeping customers full and satisfied
without that fuss of overly complex or complicated meals. What originated as a basic, chalkboard menu has evolved into a perfectly orchestrated and set list of options ranging from burgers to poboys to delicious local seafood. The goal is for customers to never leave hungry.
TBT prides itself on its continual reliance on customer feedback when it comes to
its food. Many daily specials have become menu staples as a result of their popularity. All ingredients are fresh with each meal being made to order. A TBT signature item is the Seared Tuna. Lightly seared tuna is served atop a sesame seaweed salad with wasabi mayo, Sriracha, and a soy glaze. In addition to the Seafood Bread or the TBT Smoked Tuna Dip, it’s a great way to start your meal.
