What is the best advice you’ve ever received? Listen to your patients if they are not feeling well, even if lab values and other diagnostic tests are normal.
In your opinion, what is the public’s biggest misconception about your field? Doctors and providers make too much money. Providers come in early and stay late. We will call patients over the weekend, on a holiday, or in the evenings if we know the patient is anticipating the results of
a test that they have been worried about. We spend outside office hours researching and learning more so we can offer the best care. Education does not stop when we graduate. It is a life long commitment.
What do you enjoy doing in your spare time? Spending time outside with my kids and spouse, listening to medical podcasts, exercising on my spin bike, and reading.
Jill Brumfield, NP-C
“After more than eight years of experience working with women’s health services from labor and delivery to maternal fetal medicine, I am thrilled to be joining this OB/GYN family. When I first met Dr. Daigle and Dr. McKay, I was a patient at this practice. Later on, I became a student here, working closely with Dr. Daigle. Now, I am a provider here and I truly could not be happier.”
Board Certifications: American Academy of Nurse Practitioners

What is the best advice you’ve received? Your life is your responsibility. It is a privilege and tremendous gift to be able to create, shape, and mold your life. But it’s only when we recognize it’s ours and ours alone that we can actually seize our power.
What does practicing medicine mean to you?
Practicing medicine is my contribution to our community. Providing a safe and compassionate place for women to be heard and healed will be my life’s work.
