Darius Murrah and his wife Donielle love to entertain and cook for family and friends, so they saved up some capital and started a food truck business, Creole Soul Catering.
With 40 years combined experience in the restaurant industry they
share their passion for cooking and meeting new people. “We love seeing the reactions of people testing our food,” Darius said.
Darius and Donielle attribute their success to hard work and
determination. “For someone wanting to pursue a career in the industry, don’t be afraid of failure, and learn from your mistakes,” Darius said.
Their specialties are Cajun Creole and Southern cuisine.
