Stacey Eleuterius Barber was born and raised in the Biloxi/ D’Iberville area. Barber has been a licensed real estate agent on the Mississippi Gulf Coast since 1999 and currently holds Brokers licenses in Mississippi, Texas, and California. She started Premier Properties in 2001 and specializes in commercial sales, leasing and development as well as residential sales. She has personally overseen approximately $300 million in commercial acquisitions, divestitures, site sales,
restaurant development, and commercial leasing since 2001. She began her career in residential sales and has represented
residential and condo builders by selecting floor plans, interior and exterior materials while overseeing all sales and marketing. Throughout her career, Stacey has exclusively represented commercial developers by overseeing sales, retail, and restaurant leasing developments, such as Lakeview Village in D’Iberville.
In her spare time she loves art, music, and painting, as well as writing. She published her first novel in 2019 called “The Godmothers” and currently has a few other books in progress.

Even though she works full-time at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College, Michelle Sekul decided to pursue her passion on the side: decorating for parties. “I love celebrations and think they’re not complete without festive décor,” she explains. “I always wanted to be a party planner, but realized I had a talent for designing balloon garlands after a friend taught me some very basic balloon skills.”
Sekul asked a friend if she could decorate for her birthday party. “After her party, I started getting calls to do parties for other people and decided that I could do this,” Sekul says.
Sekul’s advice for future business women is to just do it! “Don’t be afraid to fail, because you will. It is all trial and error and it’s scary at times, but you can do it!”
