Fidelis Realty opened its doors in 2009 with the goal of becoming a household name and being known as THE Real Estate company on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Since then, we have worked tirelessly to build lasting relationships to that end.
I am Nicole Nezat, owner and broker of Fidelis Realty, and I would love to welcome everyone to the beautiful Mississippi Gulf Coast. Being born and raised on the Coast has made my 20 years in real estate a dream job. My clients are like family, and I love helping them meet their real estate goals. Whether buying or selling, I have a true passion for helping others. I am deeply committed to our community and enjoy participating in Coast events. The Coast has grown over the years, but its family- friendly atmosphere and community focus has continued to be one of its biggest draws.
When I started Fidelis Realty, I knew I wanted a boutique-style brokerage that was able to offer our clients our complete attention. When working with a Fidelis agent, you are not a client; you are a part of our family.
In addition to the attention I give to my clients, helping agents achieve their own success is another passion of mine. There is no ‘I’ in team and I truly believe that. Fidelis stands for integrity and honesty, and I believe our agents understand that when they come to work with our company.
In 2020, Dallas Kelly opened Fidelis Realty Kelly Properties in D’Iberville. I am excited to be able to
offer more locations with brokers that all share in the same vision of success with me. As brokers, we work tirelessly for our agents and clients to build a name that is associated with trustworthiness. We hope to carry this standard of character into all future endeavors.
