It was a chance meeting all because Leslie Bourgeois was the only agent who called Robbie Johnson back.
Robbie and her husband Jeff were in Destin, Florida, for their daughter’s wedding when Robbie shared that she wanted to own there again, as she missed her home. She raised her children in Destin and sold real estate there for 18 years. Jeff said no, but would consider other areas on the Coast. On their way home, they stopped in Biloxi for the night. Jeff loved the area and said “I could own here,” and Robbie’s response was, “I’ve got skills, I can make that happen!”
Leslie was one of four agents who received a message from Robbie stating that she wanted to buy a condo that day. Robbie’s first impression of Leslie was being drawn to her no-nonsense approach to real estate and her willingness to go out of her way on a last minute’s notice to make these showings happen. That was true buyer customer service!
This decision on Leslie’s part has created 17 closings for her from Robbie’s referrals and a friendship forever. What Robbie has grown to admire about Leslie is her knowledge of the area, past appraisal and contractor experience, being a broker for many years, and her attitude
