PAM HENDRICKSON
Pam Hendrickson was inspired by her love for baseball and accounting. “There are two favorite parts of my job: all of the awesome, talented young people I have the opportunity to work with and the look on children's faces when they come to the park to enjoy the night with their family,” she says.
Hendrickson is in Biloxi because she came here on a mission trip with her church after Hurricane Katrina. “The people I met on that trip were so kind, caring, compassionate and grateful that I knew I would live here some day.”

VERONICA WRIGHT
Veronica Wright grew up around sports but never saw a lot of females involved and wanted to change that. Interacting with fans and being able to make an impact on their experience at MGM Park is what she likes best.
“When I was in college, I began to doubt my choice to work in sports because I was one of only two females in my classes,” she recalls. “I had one professor who told me he saw great potential
in me and that he would help me any way he could to succeed.”
MAKENZIE CRAMPTON
Makenzie Crampton has been empowered by women in sports who make their dreams come true. “Historically, women working in the sports industry haven’t always been taken seriously; your knowledge, skills, and talent can be discounted,” she says. “But the industry is changing, and it’s women like
us who are equaling the playing field.”
Her greatest successes are working with Southern Miss Business and Athletics Sport Management and founding Women Eagles in Business.
