Scarlet Pearl CEO LuAnn Pappas described Under The Oak as “whimsical and fun,” adding the restaurant was expanded to include an additional 50 seats for a total of 180. She credited AnderCorp and Friedmutter Group for their work on the $4 million makeover, which is part of the resort’s $13 million remodel.
