Diners can’t go wrong at The Buffet with such favorites as low country crawfish bisque, carrot soufflé casserole, praline- crusted sweet potatoes, crispy fried shrimp, roast turkey with cornbread, boiled Gulf shrimp with remoulade sauce and happy family shrimp and vegetables. Plus, there will be Island View’s award-winning smoked
porkwithallthetrimmings,Creoleseafood gumbo, orange chicken with vegetables, carved round of beef, smoked ham, Cajun fried turkey and cranberry compote roasted salmon loin.
Those items will be offered along with buffet favorites from the Asian, Southern and Italian stations, as well as an endless array of cold salads, plus a large dessert display featuring freshly made custards, ice creams and gelato and an assortment of hand-crafted desserts. This Christmas special will be served from 11 a.m. to 11
p.m. for $27.99 per person.
At C&G Grille, start with a choice
of either house salad, shrimp salad, or seafood gumbo. For the main course, choose between roast turkey served with cornbread dressing, giblet gravy, sweet potatoes and green beans or twin tournedos of beef tenderloin marsala with asparagus and stuffed potato. For dessert, there is chocolate peanut butter cake. This special is served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $25 per person.
The Diner will be serving a choice of house salad or seafood gumbo with roast turkey, dressing and gravy with cranberry sauce and green beans. For dessert, enjoy a slice of sweet potato pie with whipped cream. This holiday favorite will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $19 per person.
At Dockside Deli, start the meal with
crab and corn bisque. For the entrée, choose between sliced pork tenderloin with cranberry compote, green beans and candied sweet potatoes or debris-style turkey, dressing, green beans, cranberry compote and carrot soufflé casserole. Finish the holiday meal with peach crumble for dessert for $22 per person from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.
At Carter Green Steakhouse, start the meal with broiled Carter Green double oyster Florentine and cucumber crown house salad with choice of dressing. For the entrée, choose either sliced tenderloin of beef with black cherry demi brown sauce or grilled salmon with cranberry compote with a vanilla bean beurre blanc butter sauce. And for dessert, there is pumpkin pie with spiced whip cream. This special will be served from 5 to 10 p.m. for $45 per person.
Enjoy Christmas at Beach Blvd. Steamer, starting with a choice of either royal red shrimp remoulade or house salad. Then choose an entrée featuring either smoked pork tenderloin, cornbread dressing, merlot syrup, green beans and cranberry compote or wood-grilled turkey medallions served with cornbread dressing with giblet gravy, green beans and cranberry compote. For dessert, have a slice of Key lime pie. This holiday special will be served from 5 to 10 p.m. for $38 per person.
