Guests can also bring their sweetheart to Terrace Café this Valentine’s Day for an indulgent three-course meal. Dinner begins with a spring salad of baby lettuce, spinach, strawberries, shaved red onion and candied pecans topped with strawberry Champagne vinaigrette.
Entrée selections include a choice of a chicken breast stuffed with roasted red pepper, spring onion, fontina cheese, Creole tomato cream, roasted cauliflower and polenta cake; or a filet mignon and stuffed shrimp served with garlic whipped red potatoes, braised red cabbage and a red wine reduction.
Dessert is a handmade raspberry tian, an almond sponge cake with raspberry mousse, chocolate abstract and berry coulis.

This holiday treat will be available on Sunday, Feb. 14, from 4 p.m. to midnight for $80 per couple, or $100 with wine pairing. The Den is located on the ninth floor and open 24 hours.
And at the infinity buffet, there will be
dessert selection. The holiday meal is served from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. for $28 per person ($26 with players club card).
Mignon’s Steaks & Seafood has a Valentine’s dinner for two, served from 5 to 10 p.m. for $110 per couple ($60 for individual guests). The first course features the choice between a Valentine’s salad with beets, candied pecans, chevre cheese, tomato and mixed greens or lobster bisque with Maine lobster and sherry. For the main course, enjoy Chateaubriand: beef tenderloin with Yukon potato puree, bordelaise sauce and baby carrots.
And, strawberry layer cake is the shared dessert.

The Epic Buffet at Hollywood Casino Gulf Coast has a special menu for dining Valentine’s weekend. On Friday and Saturday, Feb. 11-12, from 3 to p.m., and on Sunday, Feb. 13, from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., the holiday buffet is $44.99.
