Inside Beau Rivage Biloxi
Reimagined Jia has fresh look, new offerings
  BILOXI — It’s no secret Coastal Mississippi has a strong Vietnamese influence, and now dishes featuring those culinary flavors can be found at the newly reimagined Jia inside Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. The Pan-Asian restaurant, which boasts a new open and inviting look, has added offerings, including Noodles by Jia, a noodle bar that focuses on pho and other Vietnamese specialties.
While Jia had previously featured Asian dishes from Thailand, Korea, China and Japan, among others, it was lacking in Vietnamese representation. Beau Rivage Executive Chef Kristian Wade said the redesign was the perfect time to add these dishes. “We did a lot of studying and research to make the dishes as authentic as possible,” Wade said, adding the response has been positive.
The 18-seat circular noodle bar, located across from the sushi bar, is at the left of the restaurant’s entrance. Guests can get a seat at the counter and not only watch as their pho is prepared, but also check out the action on the casino floor. The pho, served in large
