 CASINO DINING GUIDE
Palace Casino Resort is best bet for buffet dining
BILOXI — Although the Palace Buffet at Palace Casino Resort boasts several awards labeling it as “best buffet,” you only have to talk with any one of the many regulars enjoying dinner to find out how good it is. Elaine was enthusiastic as she raved, “It’s wonderful.” She drives to Biloxi once every two weeks from her home in Clinton, Mississippi, to visit the smoke-free Palace Casino and dine at the buffet. “It’s worth every penny.”
Elaine then gave us some good advice: “Stop talking
and try it.” And that was the beginning of our wonderful meal on a recent Saturday night. The brightly lit, spacious restaurant features plenty of seating, friendly servers and an abundant amount of freshly prepared food that had us wondering where to begin. Elaine helped us out with that, too, suggesting we try one of her favorites, the beef enchiladas, which was located near the chicken fajitas, pinto beans, Spanish rice, beef empanadas, chips and cheese dip, along with a baked potato and sweet potato bar, just to mention a few of the dishes.
At the Flames station, diners can get their favorite cuts of meats grilled to order. Get chicken breasts, pork chops, chopped steak, and the most popular selection, the hand-cut rib-eye steaks, which sizzle on
(Above) Smoked chicken, jalapeno sausage and barbecue pork, along with (right) roasted prime rib and smoked pork ribs are offered at Palace Buffet’s Flames station at Palace Casino Resort.
