for quick clean up.
The buffet is all-you-can-eat,
and with the majority of dishes you serve yourself. A buffet worker serves the lobsters and crab legs, one plate at a time — but don’t let that worry you. After all, you can get as many plates as you want, and enjoy as much lobster as you can eat.
However, our tip to those
who are extra hungry: do not
wait until the last minute. The buffet has been known to sell out of the lobster and crab before the end of the night. That’s how great the demand is.
The crawfish is serve yourself, and we did just that. The hot and juicy mudbugs had a nice taste of spice. Served beside them are small ears of corn and potatoes for the perfect indoor crawfish boil.
So much more is offered at the buffet, which is filled with delicious Southern
classics and favorites made by
sous chef Niyona Jackson, a
restocked, assuring that only the freshest fare was offered. The fried items (chicken, shrimp, fish and more) were crispy and crunchy on the outside, yet tender on the inside, and the vegetables were flavorful and perfectly prepared (nothing soggy here). There is a nice salad bar with plenty of toppings and dressings, and the buffet has cornbread muffins and rolls to help round out each meal.
Pecan pie, Oreo cheesecake and cobbler are just a few of the desserts made by an in-house pastry chef. There is also ice cream and even banana’s Foster sauce.
While there is much to love about the food at the infinity buffet, we also love the pricing. There are many discounts for players club members, military personnel and those 50 years old and over. And, there is even a reduced price for
those who do not eat crab and lobster.
The buffet is open for breakfast from 7 to 10:30 a.m. and for lunch Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Dinner Monday through Thursday can be enjoyed from 2 to 9 p.m. and Fridays from 2 to 10 p.m. Saturday brunch is served from 11 a.m.
(Top left) Crunchy fried shrimp and catfish are just some of the favorites on the infinity buffet. (Top) Crab legs can be enjoyed daily, and whole lobsters are offered Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. (Above) A full plate of Southern specialties, and (below) creamy mac and cheese is also a favorite.
to 10 p.m. and on Sunday, the buffet is open 11 a.m. to 9 p.m.
      Biloxi native. Gumbo, house-
smoked barbecue ribs, peel-
and-eat shrimp and fried catfish
are just a few of the popular
dishes. There is also dirty rice,
sweet potato casserole, fried shrimp, baked and fried chicken, fried okra, baked tilapia, mac and cheese — the list goes on.
The dishes are all down-home comfort, something Jackson aims for. “It’s food everyone grew up on. There is a familiarity to it,” she said. People may come in for the crab, but the entrées, sides and vegetables, along with the desserts, keep them coming back.
We enjoyed the selection of choices, and noticed how the pans were continually
