  of crab and served with toasted crostini. The broiled crab claws served in a Parmesan herb and garlic butter sauce are fabulous. While we didn’t want to fill up too early, we certainly were not above dipping the bread in the delicious garlic butter sauce.
There are also plump and flavorful oysters on the half shell and you can get the oysters chargrilled with Blue Bayou butter. In the mood for gumbo? You won’t want to miss Blue Bayou’s seafood gumbo, or ask your server about the nightly soup selection.
Prime beef is used for the rib eye and New York strip, giving the meat a rich, buttery taste. Steaks, including the filet mignon (8 ounce and 12 ounce), are cooked to order, tender and full of flavor. They are delicious by themselves, or, for an extra
bit of wow, add a topping such as Bearnaise sauce, Cabernet demi-glace, bleu cheese, caramelized onions, mushrooms and jumbo shrimp or lump crab.

cherry-port demi-glace served
with Danish bleu cheese
whipped potatoes. The
seasoned meat on the chops
is melt-in-your-mouth good.

fried shrimp and fried oysters,
pan-seared fresh catch, and
coq au vin, a French dish of
chicken simmered in a bacon and red wine demi-glace with tasso. The dish comes with Brabant potatoes and vegetables.
