Experience the taste of the good life poolside at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi. Tequila’s Bar & Grill is now open, and has guest favorites including quesadillas, tacos, queso, fajitas and more. Plus, guests can dive into a cool selection of margaritas, frozen drinks and specialty cocktails.
Popular starters include totopos – fresh tortilla chips, queso, house-made salsa, guacamole and salsa verde – perfect for sharing. Or, try the new bang-bang shrimp or street corn dip, which features roasted corn, chipotle peppers, adobo sauce, sour cream and Cotija cheese with a side of chips for dipping. The taco salad and the Southwestern chicken salad are just right for a crisp, cool summer meal.
With choices ranging from seafood to beef, taco enthusiasts are also sure to find something tasty to enjoy. Select grilled or fried shrimp with tasty bang bang sauce or try the mahi tacos with a citrus marinated purple cabbage. And, there are grilled steak, ground beef and grilled chicken fajita tacos.
Plus, dig into the short rib quesadilla with jalapenos and Cojita cheese, or have a fajita made of marinated chicken, grilled steak or Gulf shrimp and then pile it high with Spanish rice, grilled peppers, onions, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.
Tequila’s also has a variety of burgers (grilled pineapple and teriyaki sauce, for one), breaded chicken tenders, chicken wings
and the footlong corn dog, deep fried and served with mustard sauce and fries.
When it comes to cool drinks, Tequila’s is ready to pour it on. Margaritas – frozen or on the rocks – come in several flavors, including mango, strawberry and watermelon. Along with frozen drinks, beer, wine and seltzers, there are also a number of specialty cocktails. The Watermelon Voo Doo features Grey Goose vodka and sour apple, while the Truly Hawaiian will send you to the islands with Deep Eddy Lemon vodka and Blue Curacao.
Join the fun with the Tequila Sundays Kick-Off Party on Sunday, May 15, starting at noon. Then, every Sunday during the summer months, guests can grab some friends and party poolside with food and drink specials. Plus, dance to live entertainment from the Coast’s hottest DJ, DJ San-D. There is a $30 entry fee — so come join the party each week!
