As a mother to a five-month-old daughter, Ashleigh Fallo has had to quickly learn how to balance her work-life and home-life. “Women typically have much more on our plates,” she says. “Add business ownership to the mix, and it can be downright challenging!”
This is why Fallo believes that supporting other women-owned businesses is essential to success. The camaraderie between women business owners helps to remind her that other women face many of the same challenges as her. “We have to stick together in this life!”
Fallo’s positive outlook on life helped her to get where she is today. “I was turned down three times before I was selected to have my own office,” she explains. “I could have easily thrown in the towel after being discouraged. I’m glad I didn’t. I’m so glad I never gave up.”
Since opening her own agency two years ago, she has doubled its size. Since then, her agency and agents have been nominated and won multiple awards for their excellent work. However, she doesn’t consider any of this her greatest success. “That would have to
be being a mom to my daughter. She is my husband and I’s whole world.”
